At 10:10 on September 28, 2026, the meteorological station of Chengkou County upgraded and released the "rainstorm red warning signal". It is estimated that 25 townships will continue to rain from 10:10-16:10 on September 28, including Xiuqi, Zhiping, Houping, Heyu, Gaoguan, Lantian, Dong an, Fuxing, Beiping, Bashan, Pingba, Longtian, Yanhe, Gecheng, Gaonan, Zuolan, Xianyi, Jiming, Zhouxi, Liaozi, Gaoyan, Miaoba, Mingtong, Mingzhong, Shuanghe, with a maximum rainfall of more than 200 mm and a maximum hourly rainfall of 40 to 70 mm. This process will start at 03:00 on the 28th, with a maximum cumulative rainfall of 200-280 millimeters, accompanied by lightning and gusts of wind in some areas. Please take precautions.
