At 11:00 am on October 20, 2026, the Hainan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for strong winds: it is expected that from 11:00 am on October 20 to 11:00 am on October 21, most parts of Gonghe and Xinghai will have 8-9 level westerly winds, with gusts exceeding 10 level, indicating a high risk of wind disasters; Most parts of Guide, Guinan, and Tongde have westerly winds of 6-7 levels, with gusts exceeding 8 levels. The risk of wind disasters is high, please take precautions.
