The Yunhe County Water Resources Bureau and Yunhe County Meteorological Bureau issued a yellow warning for flash flood disasters at 18:55 on September 30, 2026: it is expected that there is a high possibility of flash flood disasters in our county from 18:00 on September 30 to 06:00 on October 1. Please ask the member units of the county prevention and control department to prepare for emergency rescue and disaster relief. The people s governments and village committees of the streets, townships, and affected areas should strictly implement their responsibilities, urge relevant responsible persons to take up their posts, and carry out various defense work such as monitoring, inspection, and early warning. If necessary, evacuate the people in the dangerous area in advance to ensure the safety of their lives and property.
