At 21:39 on October 21, 2026, the Yizhou District Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for strong winds to an orange warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that on the night of the 21st, gusts of up to level 10 will occur on the Baishitou and Naoliu highways; Sandaoling, Liushugou, Duruke in Dewaili, Xishan Township, Tianshan Township, Yiwanquan, Liaodun, Thirteen Rooms area in Baili Wind Zone, and Dahaidao Mars Base with gusts of around 11 levels; Locally, there may be varying degrees of sandstorms or wind blown snow weather; Please stop outdoor work, reduce personnel going out, strengthen fire and wind prevention work, and pay attention to traffic safety.
