At 02:18 on October 21, 2026, the Yishui County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Currently, there are northerly strong winds with gusts of up to level 9 in Fuguanzhuang Town and other towns in our county. It is expected that strong winds will continue in the towns and streets under our county s jurisdiction from early morning to daytime this morning, with an average wind speed of 5-6 levels and gusts of 7-9 levels. Please take precautions.
