At 10:59 am on October 15, 2026, the Toksun County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the afternoon of the 15th to the morning of the 17th, there will be gusts of 9-10 levels in the urban area, Xia Town, Bostan Town, Shiquan Town, and Alehui Town of Toksun County, gusts of 10-11 levels in Irahu Town and Guolebyi Township, gusts of 12 levels in Keran Town and the Thirty Mile Wind Zone, accompanied by varying degrees of sandstorm weather.
