It is estimated that at 14:50-20:50 on September 28, the precipitation in Gulu, Tangfang, Phoenix, Lingjiao, Boxang, Ninghe, Shengli, Tianxing, Dahe, Bailu, Ningchang, Xiabao, Changgui, Tianyuan, Tucheng, Zhongliang, Xujia, Yulin, Wulong, Tianba, Hongchiba, Jianshan, Chaoyang, Wenfeng, Shuangyang, Lanying and other towns will continue, with the maximum rainfall of 40-80mm and the maximum hourly rainfall of 20-40mm.
