Patchy dense fog has been observed along Highway 97 and Highway
20 this morning. Temperatures are at or below freezing south and
east of the Bend metro area such that fog is freezing fog in those
places. Within fog, visibilities of one-quarter mile or less are
expected to persist into morning. Use extra caution while
traveling as visibilities can change quickly. If fog is
encountered, use low-beam headlights and keep plenty of space
between you and other vehicles.
