* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1023 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 12 nm west of
Gulfside 10 Reef, moving west at 5 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
