At 06:30 on October 1, 2026, Pan an County Meteorological Station upgraded the yellow warning signal of rainstorm to the red warning signal of rainstorm: due to the influence of strong convective cloud clusters, there has been more than 90 mm of precipitation at the foot of Xinwo Mountain in our county in the past three hours. It is expected that there will still be 30-50 millimeters of precipitation in Xinwo and other townships (towns, streets) in our county in the next three hours, with a single point rainfall of up to 100 millimeters. The possibility of flash floods is high. Please pay attention to preventing geological disasters such as landslides caused by heavy rainfall, urban and rural waterlogging, and secondary disasters such as small watershed flash floods.

Internet outages have many causes — damaged cables, power failures, network maintenance and deliberate shutdowns among them. IODA detects the loss of connectivity and does not attribute it to anything. This is shown because it happened at the same time, not because one caused the other.
