The Mangya Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for strong winds at 15:05 on September 5, 2026: It is expected that from 16:00 on September 5 to 22:00 on September 5, Huatugou Town, Mangya Town, and Lenghu Town will experience strong winds of level 9 or above, gusts of level 10 or above, and accompanied by sandstorms. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out emergency measures against strong winds in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities; 3. Pedestrians and vehicles should not stop under tall buildings, billboards, temporary structures, or large trees; 4. Properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds and strictly prohibit outdoor use of fire.
