At 18:16 on October 21, 2026, the Manas County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, there will be 7-8 level northwest winds in most areas of the Manas County plain, including North Wucha Town and Liuhudi Town in the north, and local gusts of 9-10 level in Baojiadian Town and Letuyi Town in the middle, accompanied by varying degrees of sand and dust weather. Please strengthen prevention.
