Se observa un importante incremento de la inestabilidad atmosférica sobre varios sectores del país, debido a la activación de sistemas de bajas presiones, la presencia de la vaguada monzónica y una vaguada inducida en niveles altos de la atmósfera. La interacción de estos sistemas favorece condiciones propicias para el desarrollo de lluvias y tormentas de variada intensidad, algunas de ellas significativas, acompañadas de actividad eléctrica y ráfagas de viento.
