At 18:30 on October 16, 2026, the Natural Resources Bureau and the Meteorological Bureau of Lanxian County jointly issued a yellow warning signal for geological and meteorological risks. The warning areas include Dongcun Town, Shangming Township, Lancheng Town, Shunhui Township, Keshe Township, Liangjiazhuang Township, Puming Town, and Wangshi Township. It is expected that the meteorological risk warning level for geological disasters in some areas within the warning zone in the next 24 hours will be level 3 (yellow); Please ask the governments, departments, and residents of the above-mentioned regions to take corresponding emergency measures according to the warning level; Yellow warning: There is a high risk of sudden geological disasters caused by meteorological factors. It is important to identify, inspect, and monitor potential hazards at least twice a day, especially on the slopes in front and behind the house. If any danger is found, timely avoidance measures should be taken. Warning start time: 20:00 on October 16th. Relevant departments are requested to carry out geological disaster prevention and control work.
