The Laixi Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 10:45 am on November 7, 2026: Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that from the evening of the 8th to the afternoon of the 9th, all towns and streets in our city will experience north winds of 5-6 levels and gusts of 8-9 levels. Please take precautions. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities, and evacuate personnel and residents of dangerous buildings to sheltered areas as much as possible; 3. Take proactive measures for water operations in relevant water bodies; 4. Cut off outdoor hazardous power sources, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 5. Units such as stations and highways should take measures to ensure traffic safety.
