At 3:30 pm on September 16, 2026, Helan County Water Bureau and Helan County Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a yellow warning for the meteorological risk of flash floods: it is expected that from the afternoon to the night of September 16, the cumulative rainfall along the mountain section of Hongguang Town in Helan Mountain will reach 30 millimeters, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall (10-20 millimeters/hour) and other severe convective weather. Therefore, the Water Affairs Bureau of Helan County and the Meteorological Bureau of Helan County jointly issued a yellow warning (Level 3 warning) for meteorological risks of flash floods on September 16, 2026 at 3:30 pm. It is expected that from the afternoon to the night of September 16th, there is a high possibility of flash floods occurring along the mountain section of Hongguang Town in Helan Mountain. Please take precautions.
