At 20:42 on October 21, 2026, the Hami Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for strong winds to an orange warning signal for strong winds. It is expected that on the night of the 21st, gusts of up to 10 levels will occur in Baishitou Township in Yizhou District, Dahongliuxia Township, Xialaoba Township, Borqiangji Town, and Haiziyan Township in Barkun County, and Weizixia Township and Naomaohu Town in Yiwu County; Sandaoling Town, Liushugou Township, Duruke Township, Xishan Township, and Tianshan Township in Yizhou District, Kuisu Town, Sa erjuoke Township, and the southern mountainous area of Balikun Town and Santanghu Town in Balikun County, Qianshan Township, Yanchi Town, and Xiamaya Township in Yiwu County, with gusts of around 11 levels. The main transportation routes along the Naoliu Highway have gusts of up to 10 levels, while the Thirteen Rooms area in the Yiwanquan, Liaodun, and Baili wind zones, as well as the Dahaidao Mars Base, have gusts of around 11 levels; Locally, there may be varying degrees of sandstorms or wind blown snow weather; Please stop outdoor work, reduce personnel going out, strengthen fire and wind prevention work, and pay attention to traffic safety.
