kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 12 ft. For the Gale
Warning, east winds increasing to near 40 kt with gusts up to 55
kt and seas to 18 ft expected. For the second Small Craft
Advisory behind the passing gale conditions, west winds 25 to 30
kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 12 to 15 ft expected.
* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST
today. For the Gale Warning, from noon today to 9 PM AKST this
evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM this
evening to 6 PM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
