At 14:40 on September 27, 2026, the Dinghai District Meteorological Observatory in Zhoushan City upgraded the yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds to an orange warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds. Due to the influence of strong thunderstorm clouds, it is expected that thunderstorms will occur in all towns (streets) and Dinghai sea areas in our district from west to east this afternoon to evening, accompanied by local 8-10 level thunderstorm winds. Please take precautions against the adverse effects of thunderstorms and strong winds, suspend high-altitude and offshore operations, and evacuate offshore vessels to safe areas for shelter.
