due to 40 to 60 mph winds.

Kwigillingok.
* WHEN...8 AM Friday through 1 AM Saturday, particularly around
high tides near 10 AM and 10 PM Friday.
* IMPACTS...Coastal flooding of low lying areas and erosion are
possible.
